Canine and Feline Accommodations/Boarding
Your canine is more than a pet, they are a member of your family and as a guest we want their stay to be a safe and comfortable one. Our facility offers small, medium, and large cages, as well as both indoor and outdoor runs. Guests are allowed to play in our secure outdoor area at least 2 times daily and given optional bedding to snuggle up with. Kennels are cleaned promptly when soiled and sanitized between boarders. For their safety, our facility has a security system and smoke/fire detectors that are monitored 24 hours a day. Our kennel staff is able to administer medications, foods and care to special needs guests during their stay. All guests are required to be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines and be free of fleas/ticks. We are happy to provide our guests with an optional spa day on the day you plan to pick him/her up! Just tell us at the time of check-in and your canine will go home squeaky clean!
Indoor Canine Runs
For extended stays and larger canine guests, we do offer both indoor and outdoor runs. These runs are 3' x 6' and we have two extra-large 4' x 6' runs, all with coated elevated grates and optional bedding to keep your pets clean, dry and comfy. All guests are allowed to play in our secure outdoor area at least 2 times daily as well.
Feline Accommodations
We know how special your furry feline is to you and we want our guests to be as comfortable as possible during their stay. Our cat condos each have a shelf to perch on and a portal to the neighboring unoccupied condo. Condos are cleaned promptly when soiled and sanitized between boarders. We are able to administer medications, foods and care to any special needs cats during their stay. All feline guests are required to be current on vaccines for both Rabies and FVRCP (Distemper) and to be free of fleas & ticks to ensure the safety and health of all guests. If your cat is not current on vaccines or needs flea treatment, we are happy to do that when he/she checks in.
If your pet becomes ill during his/her stay, do not worry, they have come to the right boarding facility to properly address any problems they may be having. Our kennel staff are monitoring your pet for problems such as not eating, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. and will notify a doctor if the problem persists and an exam is needed. If a doctor finds that your pet needs testing or treatment, you or your emergency contact will be notified. Your pet is in good hands when boarding with Crossroads Animal Clinic!
